Although I've been wandering in IT environments for quite a while now, crossing bridges between IT and ‘business’ has always been essential in my work. From logistics and back-office IT Manager to business analyst, project manager, ScrumMaster or unit manager.
My extreme preference for structured flexibility (‘Agility’) over methodic detail turned me into an early adaptor of extreme Programming and SCRUM.
Overall, my main strength is the mixture of tasks I have learned to master:
* Communicating (with business owners, sponsors, users and teams);
* Coaching (architects, designers, analysts, developers and specialists to act as cross-functional, integrated eco-system teams);
* Mastering projects (presales, inception, development and support phases)
I just love to drive a group towards success, efficiency, creativity and profitable results; be it from ICT Unit, Project or Program Management perspective.

My objective was the development and delivery of the Wwaow (‘World Wide Association Of Writers’) website as a Total Solution. Main responsibility was (Agile) Project Management, leading a teams of consultants in various roles.
Tasks and responsibilities however were stretching from business development assistance (background from Proxis.be), presales contacts, analyzing and estimating, contract negotiation and post-delivery support.

Three main phases were successfully delivered: pilot (2003-2004), commercial launch (2004-2005) and consolidation (2005-2006).
