  Redesigned PGAtlas.com, a web based GIS tool used by staff and REALTORS for Prince George County, Maryland. Site was brought up to modern standards including ArcServer 9.3, ESRI JavaScript API, custom web services in asp.net, an AJAX based front-end and an improved user interface.
  Designed and developed web application for Prince George County, MD Planning Board to provide weekly map and report of upcoming development projects.
  Designed and developed Line Of Sight web based mapping application for use by West Point Military Academy in architectural planning.
  Worked on redesign of flagship GIS product, Geo Data Mapper, used at six Army installations. Built with ESRI .net Framework 9.3 running on Arc IMS/SDE.
  Developed Facility Utilization System for West Point Military Academy. Based on ESRI Arc IMS/SDE 9.1. Includes query tools for information regarding space utilization by personnel; and reporting tools to evaluate impact of future space allocation.
