Mark Wallace is the VP, Social Media for EDR and commonground, the 2009 Groundswell Award winning global social network for environmental and commercial real estate professionals. Recently, he was the VP, Community Sales at Mzinga. Mark came to Mzinga as a result of the acquisition of Shared Insights where he was the VP, Sales running a $10M sales team. As a result of the recapitalization of Shared Insights by later stage investors, Mzinga was formed in 2007.
At Shared Insights, his responsibilities include growing the business social networking and community sales division organically from zero to twelve customers in less than one year. He is also part of the Executive Team that sold Shared Insights conference and community divisions to Informa PLC (world's largest conference company) in July 2007
