Chrono Underground’s Summary
We created a gaming center once before with almost no startup money (only a few hundred dollars). We couldn't keep up with increases in rent, because we had no money to advertise our opening with, and as a result we closed that pilot project. This time we will start by raising the initial funding, and then build a grand youth center dedicated to giving young people a positive environment filled with entertainment - to keep them off drugs and alcohol.
