As Director of Technology for Seed Media Group, Tim Murtaugh oversees Seed Media Group's technology platforms including seedmagazine.com, scienceblogs.com and phylotaxis.com.
Before coming to Seed, Tim was co-founder of Monkey Do, a boutique web design and development firm that specialized in speedy, cost-efficient creation of consumer and business-to-business web destinations.
Prior to that, he was a Senior Interface Engineer at IconMedialab where he worked on front-end software development for well-known consumer companies, law firms, consultancies and organizations. Tim was also part of IPnetwork.com where he developed HTML and page designs for this start-up facilitator of copyright transactions.
Tim was born in Des Moines, Iowa, raised in Madison, Wisconsin and today calls Brooklyn his home.
Personal projects include Pirated-Sites.com and the SXSW award-winning Cloud King.com.
