The online ticket shop is a web-based company that sell tickets for sold out events.
My role involved working with the web manager to design, develop and implement a new e-commerce website allowing them to sell tickets online. Previously, they were using an ASP-type solution from a US based commission, requiring them to pay commission on all sales.

The new website achieved the following:
- Increased sales by 300%
- Reduced support queries by 50%
- Allowed management to gain real-time data on sales
