I've been employed in motorsports for 10 years in composites and wind tunnel development program capacities. I've primarily been involved with open-wheel aero programs though not exclusively. I was responsible for the initial visual studies for Panoz CART (DP01) and Superleague (DP09) programs in addition to other unannounced EMT/Panoz projects.

    Involved with the initial establishment of wind tunnel model department and attached composites shop. My day-to-day responsibilities related to all Panoz aero development programs and included manufacture of development test items and primary model bodywork, model maintenance, and full-scale prototype parts manufacture, as well as routine wind tunnel testing duties including model installation, in-situ parts manufacture, problem solving, etc. Responsible for establishing composite protocols for wind tunnel model department, determining which materials and techniques used, laminate schedules and lay-up guides for most components, as well as trouble shooting problem issues. I was also responsible for the initial internal visual studies for the Panoz CART (DP01) and Superleague (DP09) programs as well as for other unannounced Panoz/EMT projects.
