As the Director of Marketing and Communications for Boston staffing firm Hollister, Inc., Meg Toland directs and oversees all company communication and branding while supporting its long-term sales initiatives. With strong expertise in both traditional and new media advertising, marketing and public relations, Toland drives the Hollister brand to reach its extremely diverse market of clientele. She was successful in leading Hollister’s rebranding initiative, founded and grew Hollister’s Web 2.0 Recruiting and Sales Model and has been the lead driver of Hollister’s award wining Philanthropic and Social Responsibility outreach Model.
She is the Co- VP of Volunteers for the American Marketing Association, on the Advisory Committee for the the Glenna Kohl Fund for Hope, and Marketing Committee for the Boston Chapter of the March of Dimes. She is also involved in the Everybody Wins Metro Boston Child Literacy Program and the Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange.
