• Identified nearly $6 million in telecommunication tax refunds for a single client, which generated client fees of $1 million, one of the largest telecom refunds. This project spanned over three years, involved several intermediate deliverables, required frequent client communications, and on-going monitoring of project costs and scope.
• Provided critical business guidance to clients by researching and authoring several comprehensive tax research reports that dealt with highly complex and dynamic tax issues that exist in many different states, each of which has its own unique tax laws, regulations and legal precedent.
