As a Sr. Product Manager I led a project migrating all Tribune newspaper websites to a common content management system/platform. The migration included a redesign of the consumer websites. Responsibilities on the project included writing product requirement documents for the re-engineered sites and content management system, leading the creation of shared templates, modules and ad maps, working cross-functionally with editorial, sales, ad operations, technology and QA. I was also responsible for facilitating input from key stakeholders; everyone from Sr. Management to the local markets. Currently I am responsible for search, taxonomy and SEO on all new and existing products.

I reported to the Vice President and General Manager of Interactive Content. My main focus was local search where I led a team to create a proof in concept local search site that helped shape Tribune’s local search strategy. I also worked to establish a new product development process for the business unit. As part of my role I oversaw deployment of Orlando Sentinel's B2B website increasing awareness and interest of small to medium sized businesses.
