Furthermore, I am responsible for conducting group exercise sessions that include aerobic exercise, stretching,muscle conditioning and cardiovascular conditioning. I am also responsible ensuring that classes are motivating, safe and challenging, yet not too difficult for the participants. I currently teach two sessions of Boot Camp each week and substitute teach Spinning as needed. I am certified in Primary Group Exercise by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
