Proud Achievements

On 4 August 2006, Rizal conducted his renown “Take Charge!” program to an audience of 4000 Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) 1st Year students. On the very next day (5 August 2006), Rizal repeated that feat to another 4000 UMS students, this time students from Year 2, 3 and 4.

Rizal is presently a qualified NLP Practitioner and an NLP Coach. He is certified by The International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA) as a Certified Practitioner of the Art and Science of Neuro Lingusitic Programming.

I am an International Learning Facilitator & NLP Coach. Through my company, Take Charge Sdn Bhd, I conduct training programs for youths and working adults alike.

One very effective program I conduct is "Take Charge!". It is a program which shows how one can learn to take charge of themselves and to be responsible for the choices they make in their life. In this one-day program, they will also learn how to take charge of their communication, the people around them and their world, ie. their life.

Another point that you will find interesting is that most of my programs only take one day. This is possible when I use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) as my presentation technique which helps my audience learn faster and at the same time have better retention.

conduct training programs. Programs which I have

(teambuilding program), NLP Sales Techniques,
Breakthrough Service series (customer service program
divided into Basic, Intermediate & Advance levels), and
Conducting Effective Meetings.
I am also a coach to individual staffs in areas of
relationships, personal development, motivation, career
development, and family.
Apart from this, I also play the role as a relationship
officer between respective department managers and
Gamuda Learning Center (GLC). I meet with them and
investigate and explore the training needs of the
respective department. If the issues are training issues,
I will recommend training programs; however if they
are system issues, I will recommend specific steps for
the department to address those issues.
