Throughout her 5 years experience in career coaching, Mrim has successfully partnered with undergraduate students, MBA students and PhD candidates to help them identify their career goals and design their road map to success.
As a neuroscientist turned career coach, Mrim brings in depth knowledge of career planning, career switching strategies and job search tips that have helped hundreds of students and alumni translate their past experience and education into winning statements to compete for their positions of interest.
In addition to leading the Kelley International Task Force, and to coaching MBA students from the Kelley Entrepreneurial Management Academy, Mrim currently oversees the Social Entrepreneurship Careers Program at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. This program offers resources and workshops to enable MBA students to translate their passion into meaningful careers across the private, public and non-profit sectors.

Initiated and implemented comprehensive programming and resource management system tailored to the needs of MBA students interested in social entrepreneurship careers across the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
Gathered feedback from current international students, designed content and delivered 12 online sessions on career exploration, company research, networking and professional communication that enabled incoming international MBA students to learn how to best compete for MBA internships.
Increased participation and student accountability by revamping and managing our required career development course attended every fall semester by approximately 240 MBA students.
