Here is some information concerning my past education and work experiences and future goals. After receiving my B.S. in Business Administration from Arizona State University, W. P. Carey School of Business, owning and operating a residential appraisal firm for five years and working as a Realtor for nine I decided I wanted to transition into the real estate development business. I am currently finishing up Master of Real Estate Development degree, also at Arizona State University.
As a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Phoenix chapter of Emerging Green Builders - USGBC, I am greatly invested in progressive urban development. I am working towards receiving my LEED accreditation, a ULI development professional certification and my real estate broker license. My long term goal is to become a successful real estate entrepreneur specializing sustainable infill development and redevelopment with emphasis in mixed use, affordable housing and aging in place projects. My work experience over the last several years has placed me in a unique position. I am currently the owner of Hometown Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.. I am also a Realtor® brokered by Keller Williams Sonoran Living. Eventually, I also want to start a brokerage firm in addition to a development firm.
