• Designed, deployed and administered Citrix Server Farm for new Financial, HR and Budgeting client applications reducing manpower requirements and speeding up time to production for all three systems.

• Developed, implemented and supervised administration of new e-mail system. Developed guidelines and procedures for corporate e-mail usage.
• Main Contact and Primary Instructor for the Cisco Networking Academy Program.

• Supervised and repaired all of the electronic and communications equipment;
• Maintained accurate repair logs of all equipment processed by my department.
• Obtained Sergeant rank (E5) before retiring with an Honorable Discharge in 1996.
