I have many years of experience in the mortgage market, having started out in 1996. Although I specialise in the adverse credit market, I can deal with the whole spectrum of mortgage types and have access to the whole of the market. I also deal with the associated protection policies, i.e. Life and critical illness cover, permanent health insurance (a must for self employed people), mortgage payment protection and buildings and contents cover.
I am registered with the Financial Services Authority. I have the following qualifications: Financial planning certificates 1, 2 and 3 and CeMAP Bridge.
In 2005 I endeavoured to gain an online presence in the non-regulated financial market and also the foreign property market with our site http://www.loanxpress.co.uk. I have to say that the progress was painstakingly slow, having had no experience in the technical aspects of setting up such a venture and also no experience in the marketing of websites (SEO). The learning curves were massive, however today I have managed to get to number one in three search engines (including Google) for the term 'loans for property abroad'.
However, despite all the efforts put into LoanXpress, we decided to discontinue the business. It just wasn't working.
My aim is to build up my client base for Mortgage Finance UK. My other aim is to be a millionaire in 2.5 years through a a managed Forex system (laugh if you want to). If you want more information on this, contact me and request the link.
