Additional duties include Fargo MEP Business Development Director – Assist small manufacturers with financing, project budgeting, acquisition, financial analysis and financial management throughout the region. Work with manufacturing companies through out the region to help implement Lean processes, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen events increasing productivity.
