As part of a 12 person team which supports thousands of company technology assets, my responsibilities include developing and administering improved service delivery solutions as they apply to network connected technologies. My experience in this area applies to the following areas of support: Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems, Novell Netware, Lotus Notes, Wireless Handhelds including Blackberry and Treo, Print Servers, Wireless Bar Code Scanning Equipment, Pagers, etc. A large percentage of my time is spent communicating directly with clients to understand their problems and needs, after which I find simple and creative ways of turning those issues into technology solutions.
