In addition to handling American Career College, West Coast University, Orange County Restaurant Week, FoodPower and Daddy Cakes Bakery, she works with some of the area's top restaurants, including The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar, Lucca Café, SOL Cocina, Don the Beachcomber, Cedar Creek Inn and serves as publicist for the largest culinary event in the region, Orange County Restaurant Week. Mona has taken a leadership role in the O.C. chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier International and has worked with some of the areas best in the food service industry, including Bluewater Grill, Hush Restaurant, Zov’s Bistro, Bistro West, JT Schmid's, Aubergine, Troquet, Red Pearl Kitchen, The Lodge, Village Bakery, Chakra Cuisine, BlackWood American Grill, Tantalum Restaurant, Nomad Catering Company and The District at Tustin Legacy.
