Josh Craddock brings more than 15 years of programming experience to Mountaintop. He holds a Computer Science degree from North Georgia College and State University and has taken computer-related courses from institutions such as Collins Hill High School, Young Harris College, and the University of Georgia. Watching his father live the entrepreneurial life, Josh always dreamed of one day owning and operating his own business. After graduating and with guidance from his father, Josh Craddock decided to try his hand at operating his own business. In January of 2006 he founded Mountaintop Multimedia Creations with the goal of establishing and maintaining an innovative and cutting-edge web firm.

The Student Technology AdvisoRS (STARS) Program is based on partnerships built between faculty and computer-knowledgeable students. The students are selected based on skills and breadth of instructional technology knowledge. The faculty are mentored by the students in developing skills that allow them to infuse their courses with technology.
STARS students are paired with professors following approval of a project involving technological course enhancements such as web design, graphics manipulations and development, use of WebCT, video and sound editing, database processing, and software evaluation. STARS also serve in an advisory capacity for the development of projects.
