Wouldn't it be cool to take a picture of the bar code on the almost empty back of chicken and have your mobile automatically add it to your shopping list and maybe even recommend a wine that goes with it? Then when you're at the grocery story it even tells you which aisle your items are located at. Maybe even offer recipe suggestion on the items you're buying? Or what if you could go to a restaurant and have your mobile automatically sort the menu to fit within your budget and diet?
The possibilities in mobile lifestyle are endless. Technically lifestyle applications are easy to build but almost impossible to monetize with traditional technology design techniques and business models.
The GoLife technology, called Vado, is designed to allow initially developers to empower their own local communities with mobile lifestyle applications and still generate a world wide revenue through GoLife's collaboration platform.
