I teach MKT 595: Internet Marketing. This is an 11-week MBA course combining lectures, hands-on assignments and discussion. Students successfully completing the course should be able to: think critically about new marketing strategies and tactics associated with the Internet, understand the potential role of the Internet in marketing strategy, apply these technologies in the development of sound marketing strategy, complete an integrated Internet marketing plan that leverages the unique strengths of these media, and effectively communicate their analysis and strategy.

I teach the Practical Internet Marketing Certificate Program at DePaul University. Over six weeks the class explores both the best practices of Internet marketing and how to use simple, low-cost Internet tools. The class is intended to demonstrate practical and low-cost techniques for small businesses and individuals.

Instituted new delivery methods for online lecture content using vodcasts, podcasts and streaming media. Instituted usability testing into development of division’s web sites. Technology and Internet media representative for the division, providing strategic planning and leadership. Member of Distance Learning Coordinating Committee and ex-officio member of Teaching, Learning and Technology Committee. Presented at CAEL (Council for Adult and Experiential Learning) Conference in 2004. Developed and launched three online certificate programs (total of seven courses). Received DePaul University Certificate of Recognition in 2003 and 2004.
