I oversee the publishing of a consumer magazine called Moods, which is directed at both the individual and corporate clients. Moods is a national publication devoted to providing an awareness and understanding of mood disorders at work and at home with an emphasis on prevention through early intervention. This educational tool had the support of The Hon. James K. Bartleman (Lieutenant Governor of Ontario), who was Patron to Moods as well as a distinguished Honorary Advisory Council during the time he held the position of Leiutenant Governor of Ontario.

This quarterly publication provides Canadians with information about good mental and physical health. It is used in the work place as an educational tool to assist all levels of staff with understanding and dealing with stress, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, addictions and eating disorders.

Information is made available in lay person terms and features an integrated approach to proactive health maintenance and pursuit of a healthy, balanced life-style. moods is also intended to help and encourage those with an existing mood disorder and aid families and friends in understanding this cruel mental malady.

With a readership of over 300,000, Moods is purchased in bulk by numerous corporations to complement their health and wellness programs and is also displayed in high schools, universities, hospitals, clinics, therapist’s offices and doctor’s offices across Canada.
