With a personal mission of facilitating generosity, Molly Stevenson has worked for the charitable, not-for-profit sector for many years. She has been a hospital administrator and senior level executive for several agencies serving children, youth, health and education.
She has a depth of experience in the staff leader role and working with CEO’s, moving them forward in their role in development. Working in these roles have educated her about the importance of taking a “global”, organization-wide view of fundraising, sound operational practices and donor-centered relationship management.
Molly has experience in interim and executive transition management services for nonprofit organizations where she has stabilized and strengthened organizations requiring resolution of chronic challenges to operations. Working with boards, she guides organizations through a transition, raises funds, assesses and works for future growth .
Molly has been certified by the Association of Fundraising Professionals, CFRE international and the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy.She holds certificates in succession planning and executive transition management from Compasspoint.
She has served as an advisor to two grant makers in Colorado and a humanitarian agency in New York serving children living in extreme poverty in China.
