Mollybeth Lombard’s Summary

Highly motivated and focused professional with over 15 years of domestic and international experience in project & vendor management operations for both small and large multi-billion dollar corporations. Consistent demonstration of solid organizational, analytical, and leadership skills have been the basis for expanding professional opportunities.

My effectiveness working as a liaison and negotiator in business communication and presentations with stakeholders has proven to build strong cohesive work teams. I have significant experience in systems development life cycle, workflow design and implementation. A self starter who thrives in dynamic and fluid environments; working for and in collaboration with major consulting, service firms and vendors.

Most recently as an IT Compliance & Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) National program manager, I co-partnered in spearheading SOX Compliance and Remediation, providing inter-regional facilitation and program / project support for hundreds of Epic Software implementations across the National team & eight regions for a $4.2 billion fully integrated health care system.

This work has been a culmination of experience involved in moving clients from a paper environment to an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), including the realignment of workflow and documentation processes to maximize utilization of information systems. Additionally, my prior work as project manager and senior learning consultant in the implementation & stabilization of the EPIC suite of applications and the integration of multiple existing subsystems for both business & IT has given me invaluable insight, expertise and enhanced understanding of business process reengineering.

All in all, a results-oriented leader with proven success in leading teams and staff to drive improvements and efficiencies for both the business and customer satisfaction.
