Mollie Walton Corbett can learn to do almost anything in the work force well, but writing is what she does best. In her current work, she marries a passion for interpersonal communication with a love for the written word to re-introduce local businesses to their target demographic--the local neighborhood. To this task, Mollie brings a freshness that comes from being a regional newcomer. Everything is new and undiscovered from her perspective, and Mollie draws from personal curiosity, a genuine interest in people's stories, to write stories of her own. It is a real source of pleasure for her to hear that a business is growing and taking on new clients thanks to one of her articles. Mollie aims to help keep alive the age-old concept of community through her work.
A history enthusiast (Civil War, especially), Mollie is looking for more opportunities to write, particularly in the interest of historical preservation efforts.
Because Mollie's work experience has always been people-oriented, she is comfortable with interpersonal communication, both one-on-one and in a group setting.
Mollie is a relentless researcher who loves the hunt for information.
Mollie is one of "those people" when it comes to grammar and punctuation.
