IT Global Consulting Ltd. was incorporated in October 2006 by following individuals:
Gaurav Dalal aka Gary (Computer Sc. Engineer)
Kashem Ali aka Kash (X- Accenture Employee and a leading entrepreneur)
Gaurav made the first presentation among IT Web Network, London on September 13th, 2006 where the company was first born.
Gaurav soon got some good vendors who would do the work acquired from UK in New Delhi. The company officially started trading with a new UK Bank Account in Feb 2007.
The company was not a charitable institution to teach people to do business or someone who was looking to making short term money and then fade in the day’s twilight. Both individuals were determined to make the company a success. Soon they were making thoughtful strategic decisions and started to grow out of the vendor model. March- 2007, the company decided to open a registered company in India and IT Global Consulting India was started on a proprietor basis in India.

As a Manager, I am heading the team of 8-15 Account Managers responsible for catering business needs for Partners/ Franchise of UK, France and Holland.
I have the full responsibility for the day-to-day re-sourcing responsibility of a few managed accounts. I am responsible for maximizing delivery opportunities for these franchises so that they are successful in their business. I am wholly responsible for the supervision, direction and control of the Account Executives/Relationship Executives for the entire duration of the secondment to them. I handle all the escalations from my team and monitor performance by generating reports, making joint business plans and delivering of new business proposals. Actively involved in redefining of processes and planning of workflow.
