Originally contracted to create a business plan, define the project’s scope and determine a fund raising goal, I was recruited to become the museum’s first executive director. Responsible for all strategy development culminating in the design and implementation of the museum’s business, marketing, operations, opening launch and fund raising plans. Supervised construction of the physical space; the design of various multimedia display systems; development of ten original exhibitions, management of creative vendors and recruitment of all staff. The museum has since ended its relationship with MIAD and is a separate nonprofit organization. www.eisnermuseum.org
