Moacyr Netto is an unstoppable source of innovative ideas, besides knowing how to inspire and develop his team. He started his career in advertising five years ago, at OgilvyOne Brazil. Nearly two years later he had already jumped from a “beginner” to a Creative Supervisor, leading a team of 8 creatives and responding for 2 major accounts (IBM and DHL). His talent and obsession for new challenges brought him to Almap BBDO. Working there for less than one year, he created award winning ads for clients like Volkswagen, Audi, Greenpeace and others, helping the agency to become, for the first time in its history, the digital agency of the year in Brazil in 2007. Then he moved to AgenciaClick, as a Creative Director and now he is in charge of leading the digital thinking at Dm9 DDB Brazil.
His ideas won several international awards in the last years, including 2 London International Awards Trophies, 3 Cyberlions at Cannes, 2 One Show Pencils, 2 DMA Echo Awards Medals, among many others. However, much more than these awards, Moacyr is proud of helping his clients to innovate and build successful business cases for their companies.
He was also a jury member for some important festivals like London Awards, Mouse Awards, Brazilian Creative Festival, among others. And he was a Keynote Speaker at IAB Now Buenos Aires, Gramado Advertising Festival, FAAP and UNISA, UNIP Araraquara.
