    Team Members: Marti LaTour, Barbara Perino

    Palm Beach County business leaders created al 220-step plan for economic growth and sustainability. The "Six Pillars Community Strategic Plan" was created by the Economic Council of Palm Beach County and the Florida Chamber Foundation. The plan's authors spent months hosting meetings and gathering advice from some 350 people who work in the public and private sectors. This plan is ongoing and is now being implemented by designated leaders in their areas of expertise. I was part of the team that brain stormed on the ideas that came to be implemented. My focus was in the area of Quality of Life.
