What can I say? I love computers and the internet...
Tough problems and big opportunities keep me up into the night far too often.
I've been lucky enough to work for companies and great teams trying to tackle really interesting problems. Hopefully I can keep that up!
Working efficiently and learning new things are constant goals for me. I'm happy to wear multiple hats to get things done, I never shy away from standing up for what I think is right, and I'll make difficult trade-offs when I have to.
Enough about me... what about you? Feel free to contact me - I'm always happy to talk to new people!

Yahoo! continues to be a wild ride! I can unequivocally say that I've learned a lot about myself and about building products that scale for hundreds of thousands of users.
We've got a pretty good set of ad products and I've been lucky enough to work on a significant portion of them; everything from search to display, from advertising facing products to publisher facing products.
I really enjoy building cool stuff with all the talented engineers and designers @yahoo.

I worked on Direct Media Exchange (formerly RMX Direct), which was an ad server for web publishers. Our focus was on publishers who needed to manage large sets of ad networks and who largely sold their inventory via non-guaranteed methods. Tying in the Right Media Exchange, the result was a system that allowed publishers to increase their revenues and enabled RM exchange networks expand their reach via the huge amount of inventory available.
Together with another PM and our fantastic engineering team, I had the chance to build some really cool functionality, including a creative review tool, some of our admin tools, and a simple set of guaranteed ad serving tools. One of the first things I did was design and prototype the marketing site you'll see at http://direct.rightmedia.com.
