The facility is an adaptive reuse and conversion from a state of the art office building to a multi-discipline medical center. The facility will include medical offices, an ambulatory surgery center, a diagnostic imaging center, and an urgent care center.
2) Rio Vista Greens (www.riovistagreens.com) is an 88 unit residential condominium currently under construction on the site of a former 80,000 square foot bowling and tennis center that served for many years as the film location for the popular NBC sitcom Ed.
3) The Rio Vista Medical Arts Center is a 15,000 square foot medical facility currently under construction as a ambulatory surgery center, urgent care center, and medical office facility.
4) Rio Vista Realty (www.riovistanj.com) is a full-service real estate brokerage company serving Northern, NJ. Our goal is to provide the highest quality realty services through a diversified team of highly knowledgeable licensed professionals.
