In the beginning.. of Heart@Work
I began selling ‘Kindness’ to businesses which would help Managers retain their clients and staff. A Kindness Challenge was developed to help HR deal with stress, bullying and building teamwork.

In 2000 & 2001, produced two “Kindness to Colleague Conferences.”. A variety of Professionals spoke how the effect of Kindness, contributed to their success in business and in their workplaces.

Kindness Hero Awards have been given to thirty three individuals and to businesses for their contribution to make a kinder world.

Since 1999, I have been writing about Kindness – some people prefer ‘being nice’ on my blog at www.love4.wordpress.com.

Contract: Whitemud Equine Learning Association, I was able to implement initiatives that changed the working environment into a cooperative working place within three months. It was amazing!

Co-Founder of MasterBizBuilders, it’s an e-learning program that is customized for Associations and their members, delivering Sales & Marketing, Finance, Motivation classes; books and coaching services.

Viva Libreo Management Consulting Ltd., provided full service business development services, which included coaching, mentoring, strategic planning, rent a sales person. Facilitating workshops. Ten years consulting and coaching Entrepreneurs in their Marketing & Sales plans and strategic planning. Co-authored an owners’ manual in Building Your Own Business. B.Y.O.B. in 1999.
