Heart@WOrk began selling and promoting ‘Kindness’ to businesses which would help Managers retain their clients and staff. A Kindness Challenge was developed to help HR deal with stress, bullying and building teamwork. "The Pursuit of Kindness Ripples"
In 2000 & 2001, produced two “Kindness to Colleague Conferences.”. A variety of Professionals spoke how the effect of Kindness, contributed to their success in business and in their workplaces.
Whitemud Equine Learning Association, I was able to implement initiatives that changed the working environment into a kinder one - it was more cooperative working place within three months. It was amazing!
