Mark Heinlein is the Senior Director of Talent Development for ARAMARK Healthcare, a $2 billion dollar business of ARAMARK. ARAMARK Healthcare has over 15,000 employees in the United States and Canada and specializes in food, facilities, and clinical technology services for over 1200 hospital and health systems in North America.
In his role, Mark is responsible for the overall learning and development strategy for ARAMARK Healthcare. This includes aligning with enterprise strategy, addressing individual and organizational developmental needs through targeted learning solutions, partnering with operational and functional leaders to develop succession plans, and identifying new and emerging learning technologies and solutions.
As a member of the ARAMARK Healthcare Senior HR Team, Mark reports to the VP of Human Resources and provides recommendations on areas of employee and organizational development, enterprise learning strategies, external solutions for individual and organizational needs and succession planning.
Prior to joining Healthcare, Mark served in a similar capacity for ARAMARK Correctional Services, a $500 million business of ARAMARK concentrating on food and facilities support for over 500 correctional institutions throughout the United States.
Mark has also served in senior level education and OD roles in the financial services, customer contact and military sectors for such organizations as Citigroup, Advanta, and RMH Teleservices. Mark is a former U.S. Army Reserve Officer in the Corp of Engineers and obtained the rank of Captain.
Mark has a Bachelor of Arts in History from John Carroll University, a Masters of Education from the American Intercontinental University and is pursuing a Doctorate in Education from Northcentral University with a concentration in Adult Education and Organizational Leadership.
