Michel Lent Schwartzman, founder and CCO of 10'Minutos S.A., was born in Caliornia, USA, and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. A Graphic Designer holding a MA degree in Interactive Communications from the New York University, started his career in 1994 in New York at EURO/RSCG. In 2000 joined DDB Brazil as Creative Director before starting his own agency, 10'Minutos, in 2002. His company was shortly acknowledged by the industry as one of the leading interactive agencies in the country.
