- Created a three-week technical training program for the GFI technical support department while concurrently working as a Technical Support Representative. Deliverables included 31 courses, student handouts, virtual lab scenarios, evaluation tools, administrative documentation, and a certification database.
- Responsible for the technical training of GFI employees in Cary NC from 2005-2008, and GFI employees in EMEA offices from 2006-2008.
- Designed and developed the online training and certification programs used by GFI’s channel partner community.
- Designed, developed, and administered NetExam, GFI's online learning management system for its channel partner training program.
- Transformed the Harris IT Services' training department by introducing ISD methodologies, developing curriculum with Flash, revising operating procedures, and expanding our services to include proposal analysis and training project management.
- Proficient in developing eLearning courses using a combination of Adobe Captivate 3, Raptivity, and Adobe Flash CS3.
- DSS investigation conducted Spring 2008 and final security clearance granted July 2008.
