I have been in the lending and financial services industry for over 7 years. My primary goal when working with clients and referral partners is to educate people so they fully understand the financial tools I provide. Waterstone Mortgage has extremely strong relationships with correspondent lenders and Investors throughout the country. We specialize in FHA and VA lending with strong experience in conventional lending as well. Waterstone is one of the few lenders in the state of Colorado approved to offer FHA 203k financing. The 203k loan is a program designed to help homeowners structure home improvement/repair costs into one single mortgage.

Today's economy has been turned upside down due to a number of factors related to the real estate industry over the past 8 to 10 years. Waterstone Mortgage did not participate in the subprime market, therefore we are not experiencing any liquidity problems in the credit market. It is business as usual for us and we will be here throughout the future to help you with all your real estate needs!
