Mitch joined Yahoo! in 1998 and has quickly moved through the ranks to become one of Yahoo’s most well-respected innovators for his creative philosophy and his skillful implementation of ground breaking ideas. In 2003, Mitch won the Yahoo! SuperStar Award which is the highest distinction a Yahoo! employee can earn. Mitch became the first winner ever from the Yahoo! Sales team.

Prior to joining Yahoo!, Mitch owned an interactive advertising agency which primarily focused on creative design. Mitch is also an Architect and practiced Architecture specializing in Architectural Acoustics for several years in the Atlanta area.
