A dynamic thinker and pioneer of innovative marketing ideas, Mitch is the Senior Regional Vice President for the Southern United States. He is charged with partnering with some of the largest brands in the world, and marrying traditional media campaigns with interactive strategies. “What If…” are Mitch’s two favorite words, and that is the spirit that has propelled Yahoo! to become one of the largest brands in the world.
Mitch joined Yahoo! in 1998 and has quickly moved through the ranks to become one of Yahoo’s most well-respected innovators for his creative philosophy and his skillful implementation of ground breaking ideas. In 2003, Mitch won the Yahoo! SuperStar Award which is the highest distinction a Yahoo! employee can earn. Mitch became the first winner ever from the Yahoo! Sales team.
Mitch and his teams in Atlanta and Dallas work with Fortune 1000 brands and their agencies from the east coast to New Mexico. Their impressive client list includes such major brands as The Coca-Cola Company, Verizon Wireless, UPS, Delta Air Lines, Intercontinental Hotels, Cingular, Frito Lay, Nestle Purina, Dell, and Bank of America, just to name a few..
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Mitch owned an interactive advertising agency which primarily focused on creative design. Mitch is also an Architect and practiced Architecture specializing in Architectural Acoustics for several years in the Atlanta area. Mitch received both an undergraduate degree in Design and a Masters Degree in Architecture specializing in Architectural Acoustics from University of Florida.
