Mitch Ratcliffe’s Summary

My background and experience combine journalism and serial parallel entrepreneurship. I've worked at a senior level with more than a dozen startups and published more than two million words over the past couple decades.

I recently launched Discover Social Media for Lenovo, a social directory/ratings site that will introduce the next billion laptop buyers to social media as part of Lenovo's pre-loaded software. I am also working as an advisor to SpinSpotter, a Seattle startup building an army for truth that identifies spin in news stories. I serve as vice chairman of Sportsgist.com.

Previously, I cofounded BuzzLogic as chief scientist, and worked as editor-in-chief and chief content officer of the ON24 Financial Network. My first board of directors experience was with Match.com, where I served for three years after leading SoftBank's investment.

My clients include Audible Inc., The Kelsey Group, Time Warner, SoftBank Ventures, ZD Net, EarthWeb, and many other leaders in media and research.
