As Assistant PM, I co-managed 30 developers through a massive code refactor, transforming 500,000 lines of single-tier spaghetti into a much more ef¿cient N-tier application architecture. I also assited the team lead in task scheduling and conducting team meetings.
As a developer, I did bug fixes and new feature development for a large dating site with several million profiles, clustered across approximately 50 servers. Notably, I re-designed the homepage's "sign-up" form, trimming it down from 4 screens to a single AJAX-ified screen. All new code was accompanied by machine readable documentation (doxygen).
