Miodrag's direct style and project management approach help focus on the customer, product, and project goals at all times. Miodrag has over 9 years of work history at Bertelsmann, Inc. In 2001, his group began building and branding corporate and divisional recruiting web sites. To deal with the challenges of a decentralized organization, the group decided to pursue a co-branded approach by including images, logos, and content from all of its companies & divisions. This synergistic approach has resulted in the popularity of the site and continues to attract top talent worldwide. Miodrag has also been instrumental in introducing several levels of process automation; including the build of Bertelsmann's state-of-the art applicant tracking system known as the BeCruiter. His group recently re-launched Bertelsmann's International Jobs & Careers web site known as MyFuture (myfuture.bertelsmann.com). His current responsibilities are to manage the current North American product and service portfolio, grow the external customer base, continue to invest in R&D, blueprint future offerings, and grow strategic partnerships with other quality players in the recruiting and technology marketplace. The BRS team continues to look for innovative ways to reduce costs, improve processes, and save the client valuable time.
Miodrag has a BBA in International Marketing and Business Law from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
