As an Emmy® Award-winning consultant specializing in providing creative technology solutions in the field of Interactive Advertising, Ming founded the1stMovement LLC in April 2006 and is currently serving as the CEO. The1stMovement provides award-winning creative technology solutions for clients including AT&T, Adobe, E!, G4TV, Gulfstream, Viacom and among others.
He started his career as a Visual C++ software engineer working with MediaMotion, a software company developing online compression and video chat win32 software. Ming joined Design Reactor in 2000, and had developed a number of web sites for Hollywood giants including 20th Century Fox Entertainment, Sony Pictures and Universal Pictures; produced several online games for ABC Online and Disney Online; as well as architected a handful of cutting-edge web applications for Fortune 50 companies including AMD, Cisco Systems and Sun Microsystems. He spent five years serving as the Technical Lead and leading the Flash development department at Design Reactor, and focused in utilizing Macromedia Flash as the platform to create viral advertising solutions as well as developing impactful Rich Internet Applications. His work have been recognized by numerous awards and publications including the Emmy Technical Excellence award, Macromedia Site of the Day, the FWA awards, KeyArts awards, New York Festival Finalist and Omni awards.
