In 2006 Todd worked as a Senior Consultant for NYC based Roundarch Inc. where he designed and developed leading Rich Internet Applications. Todd also works for the University of Maryland and Future Media Concepts as an Instructional Technology Adj. Professor and Adobe Certified Trainer.

Todd is currently growing Mindgrub Technologies, Spencer & Marks, speaking, and instructing. Todd's efforts have garnished several awards including a 'Best of Baltimore' ADDY Award, Macromedia Shocked Site of the Day and a 1st Place at DCI's Portal Excellence Awards Competition for Best Content Management System.
