The two years of experience I've had in the internet industry vastly understates the amount I've learned. From starting and liquidating a business to managing product at a well-funded and highly ambitious top tier internet start-up in New York, I've gained experiences well beyond my years. I've got a lot to learn but have a lot to offer.
Over the next few years I'm looking to work with deep-thinking, hard-working and innovative engineers and business partners to build revolutionary products and thriving businesses. I want to maximize creativity and ingenuity within the realm of what is commercially viable.

-User experience design

At UpCompany, Inc. I work directly with the CEO to drive the product vision and strategy and manage the product life cycle for the company's data-intensive core product Rakedin.com, which aims to be the world's largest business information website.
After compiling the roadmap, I conduct research, corral details, produce mocks, and write business requirements mostly using agile best practices. I also enjoy pairing with the CTO to prioritize features, schedule iterations, plan releases, implement efficient processes, and assist in the non-technical aspects of managing the engineering team.
Relevant experience: User interaction design, information architecture, data models, data disambiguation, data processing logic, MySQL query building, statistical methods, financial analysis

Design: I'm interested in simple but elegant, visually appealing but rigorously scientific, economical but unique. I'm fascinated by the ways in which design can influence behavior which in turn can boost efficacy or increase efficiency. Product: I'm interested in search, community building, and SaaS multi-platform applications. I strive to build products that make people think it should have been their idea. I'm also eager to teach people what they didn't know they wanted to know. Profit: I'm interested in being P+L focused from day one and never losing sight of the business objective. I want to maximize creativity within the realm of what is commercially viable. Other interests: MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, running, blogging, theorizing
