Miles Ehrlich has more than twelve years of trial experience in highly complex criminal cases. Before entering private practice, he was a federal white-collar crime prosecutor for eleven years, having served most recently as the Chief of the White Collar Crime Section in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California. Before joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, he spent six years at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Public Integrity Section, prosecuting federal and state public corruption cases across the country.
Mr. Ehrlich received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he graduated first in his class, was elected to the Order of the Coif, and served as an Articles Editor on the Stanford Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
Before becoming a federal prosecutor, Mr. Ehrlich served as a law clerk to United States Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy and to Judge William A. Norris on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Ehrlich worked as a Legislative Assistant to Congressman (now-Senator) Charles E. Schumer of New York.
