I have been involved in developing software solutions for the last 20 years, both as a software engineer and technical consultant. I have extensive experience in providing consultancy and implementing bespoke solutions to large blue-chip companies, especially in the financial sector and in particular to their contact centres, solving many of their data integration, consolidation and MI (management information) issues. Additionally I have developed numerous custom desktop applications and have a reputation for high quality and attention to detail, coupled with a pragmatic understanding of what can and needs to be achieved in a business environment.
