During my time with Motorola as a software engineer (contractor), I took part in the design and architecture of a mobile phone software simulation framework. The framework was based on Mozilla technologies (XPCOM components written in Visual C++ and XBL components using XUL markup, CSS and Javascript) and COM Addin components for Visio 2003 (written in Visual Basic .NET). As a member of the core architecture team, I have contributed to the refactoring of the simulation engine and had a key role in the design of one of the simulation platforms.
