I am a Technical Architect at WinWholesale, Inc. I deal with everything from product installations and configuration to writing lines of code to deliver custom applications to suit our business needs.
I have spent the past 13+ years in the software development industry. I have been primarily focused on object-oriented technologies on Windows, Linux, and AIX platforms, but have also worked with mainframe technologies such as COBOL, CICS, and JCL. I have been an Object-Oriented developer and designer for 10 years. I was a presenter at the IBM WebSphere Portal and Content Manager Technical Conference in 2004 and have lead several training sessions on the Java Programming language, JEE, Object-Oriented Development and Design, and eXtreme Programming Principles.

I specialize in delivering WebSphere solutions, with an even greater focus on WebSphere Portal. I deal with everything from product installation and configuration all the way down to writing lines of code to deliver custom applications for clients. I serve as the team lead on most of my projects, mentoring junior developers to help clients get them up to speed on Java, the software development life cycle in general, and common software development methodologies (RUP-like as well as Agile).

I was a member of the 12 person Architecture team. I specialised in enterprise content management, Java, and Smalltalk during my 5+ years with them.
Note: There was a break of nearly 3 years in my employment with OCG. Just so you don't think my math is that bad. :-)
