Entrepreneur with over 20 years high level recruitment experience. Non executive director (non-exec), international recruitment trainer and presenter at recruitment trade associations and annual events. Formerly a big billing recruiter and MD of an international recruitment group, which grew organically from 3 to c100 staff in 7 years. Much of this growth was underpinned by the excellence of the recruitment training programmes I put in place.
In 2003, I filmed the world's largest collection of recruitment training DVDs, which I now sell around the world on DVD and online video.
In 2005, I founded Elite Leaders - Europe's largest recruitment-specific CEO development programme, which I sold in June 2008. I also speak internationally as an expert recruitment trainer in the USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa and Asia.
