Over 15 years of combined experience in operations and sales. I have worked on the front line as Account Executive, Territory and Regional Manager as well as trained and been a mentor to new sales reps coming into the companies I have worked at.

During my career I have also provided the back-end support to sales teams in a variety of positions and responsibilities including project management, sales presentations, procurement/purchasing, inventory control and shipping & receiving. I recently accepted an Account Manager position with Stanley Security Solutions and hope to capitalize on my previous experiences with project management, negotiation, training/mentoring and 5-star customer service while providing guidance and support to my National Accounts.

Previous to this, I was a Promotional Consultant and MillerCoors Brand Advisor with an Indianapolis based promotional marketing company. As a MillerCoors and Corona Licensee, I worked directly with their company employed field reps, TSMs, RMs, Marketing Managers and Divisional Offices as well as their beer wholesalers. We provided them recommendations and themed marketing campaigns on promotional items, apparel, display enhancers and a wide variety of items with their logos on it that help increase consumer awareness and loyalty in the marketplace.

In addition I was the main point of contact to the MillerCoors Procurement team in Milwaukee where I handled licensing concerns, logo usage guidelines, planning and execution of our MillerCoors marketing efforts which included product selection, pricing and sourcing and product/marketing approvals.

Mike Tarak’s Interests:

At work, training and mentoring younger/new sales reps and networking and meeting new people be it vendor, prospect or just somebody in the business world. At home - my kids and family (1 son and 2 daughters). Coaching Youth Sports, serving on local youth league as volunteer or member of the board of directors and officating Basketball in my spare time. I enjoy music of all sorts and like to play piano/keyboards even though I can not read music.
